Does my banner come with grommets?
Yes! We place grommets (brass eyelets for hanging) every 2 feet on top and bottom. If you have special requirements for grommets let us know dirng your order and we can place them where you need.

Any extra charge for special graphics or photos?
NO! We will print anything you can upload to our web site. No limit to colors or graphics.

How do I send you my artwork?
Simply go here, and follow the instructions to send us your file. Call us toll-free if you need assistance 1-800-339-2383.

Will I get a draft before my banner is printed?
YES! We will email a color draft for your approval, usually within 12 hours of order receipt. You can request changes or corrections - and a new draft will be emailed for final OK.

How long to get my banner?
Our banners are shipped via FEDEX ground unless otherwise specified. Allow 2-5 days transit time after shipment - depending on your location. All banners are shipped from Southern Utah. We will print and ship your banner the same day if purchased by 2 PM (MST).

Can I request expidited shipment?
YES! Indicate your shipment preference on the quote form. Cost will automatically be shown on your quote form.

Can my banners be used outdoors?
YES! We use quality scrim-reinforced outdoor banner fabric, printed with UV resistant solvent inks, with expected outdoor life of 1-3 years.

Are your banners guaranteed?
We guarantee the accuracy of your printed banner as shown on your final proof. Your banner will last for years if properly installed and/or stored.

How are your banners printed?
All banners are printed on high quality 13oz vinyl banner fabric on our high resolution large-format solvent inkjet printers. These printers operate on output graphics based on your submitted computer art files, with resoution up to 720 dpi.

Do you make other products?
Yes, Graphics Factory can produce a wide variety of large format digitally printed products, including posters, window graphics, floor graphics, pressure sensitive vinyl, photos on canvas, and decals.

Can I get design assistance with my project?
YES! We will take your idea or concept and turn it into a final draft - and send to you for approval. Call our customer service department for more information.

How do I take care of my banner?
EASY! Follow the guidelines below to keep your banner looking it's best.

Maintenance
Use a cleaner used for high quality printed surfaces or plain water and dish soap.
1. The cleaner must be wet, non-abrasive, and without strong solvents or alcohol.
(Solvent and alcohol can damage banner materials and printed images.)
2. The cleaner must not be either strongly acidic or alkaline (pH value 3.0~11.0).
